Sage 300 Data Loader Run-time error '48'

I encountered an issue while attempting to load the sample data using the Sage 300 Data Loader. An error message appeared stating "Run-time error '48': File not found: a4wlnst.dll."

To address the problem, my initial step was to run the program as an administrator, suspecting that it might be a permission-related issue. However, this approach did not resolve the problem.

I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this issue or obtain the "a4wlnst.dll" file.
