ieimage.dll not working

Hi, i`m having issues with missing DLLs, i`ve just ran a DISM cleanup healthrestore and it says THE SPECIFIED BUFFER CONTAINS ILL-FORMED DATA. I`ve downloaded the IEFrame.dll file but can`t replece the old one because of a trusted installer. I have the dism.log if anyone needs to read it. Any help would be greatfully appreciated
