I have a problem when I'm trying to download the DLL ''BINK2W64.DLL'' and when I press the download button in order to download the file, it return backs me to the top of the page.

I have heard about this problem from some visitors. But I'm unable to reproduce the error.
It's probably due to some caching problem. Could you try to return to the website in incognito mode and trying to download the file once again? Does that solve the problem?

I had problems downloading it too, I was able to download it by trying different alternatives.
