Text to Speech Macro

I acquired a "text to speech" macro in 2018 from dll-files.com but lost the install instructions. I still have the macro and would like to install it in my new Windows 11 laptop using Word 2010. Can anyone help me with this. I really like it and still use it in my Windows 10, Word 2007 software.
