REGISTRATION OF WIN32API.DLL

Respectable Dll-Files.com i want to ask some questions:
I am trying to install the last version of oracle virtualbox ( 7.1.2) but it asks me to register the dll win32api.dll. Now my questions are the following:
1) The version of the dll i have downloaded from your site is suitable for this program as i have installed on my computer Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.
2) In which directory must i install this dll?
3) Which is the procedure to install it using regsvr32.exe?
