when I go to click on the link of downloading the dll file that I want it gives the countdown for download and then when it reaches 0 there's nothing that gets downloaded and I am soon redirected to the main page how do I get the dll file to go to my downloads

I'd try opening the site in a private/incognito window or on another device. If it still redirects to the homepage without downloading, it's likely a server-side issue.
