Bad Image error every time I start Photoshop

Hi everyone,
For the last few days, I've been getting a Bad Image error whenever I try to open Photoshop. The message mentions MSVCP140.dll and says either the DLL isn't designed to run on Windows or it contains an FNF error.
I haven't downloaded any DLL files manually or changed anything on my PC recently. The only thing I did was update a few Adobe apps through Creative Cloud.
I already tried reinstalling Photoshop, but the exact same error comes back. Other Adobe apps seem to work, so I'm not sure if the problem is with Photoshop itself or something shared between programs.
Has anyone fixed this without having to reinstall Windows? Would repairing the Visual C++ Redistributables be the next thing to try, or is there something else I should check first?
