error binkw32.dll

hello people!
i m having a problem and i hope you can help me.
a friend gave me the pc game GRID. i installed it but once i run it it gives me an error binkw32.dll missing. so i downloaded it from here and placed it in the directory c:\windows\system. i ran the game again and then it gave me this message: the procedure entery point _BinkShouldSkip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.cll
i have greek win vista.
any ideas?
