Welcome Screen

My Welcome screen has been disabled. I didn't know this until I tried to set
it up. The message I get is as follows:

'A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User
Switching. To restore these features you must uninstall the program. The
following file name might help you identify the program that made the change:
IWPDGINA.DLL'

Could someone please help and tell this novice what I need to do to find the
file name and the program which was installed? Your help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you in anticipation.

Hi RattySmith,

Read this thread and see if you have an Intel Application that manages
your wireless or wired connection. Uninstalling this application should
not cause any loss of network connection.

Windows XP is able to manage your wireless connection.
