Problem With ConnDPI.DLL Being Absent

Hi,

I'm running Vista Home Premium, with SeaMonkey. I occasionally get an
on-screen notice that a program could not open because connapi.dll is
absent. If I click the notice's X it goes away, and the program usually
starts, but not always. Googling revealed that this dll is apparently
connected with Nokia cellphones. However, I do not have a Nokia
cellphone and never used any cellphone with my laptop.

Any help in correcting this problem will be appreciated.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the very helpful suggestion. I disabled the auto launch---,
and now I'll see if that pesky ConnDPI.DLL is banished.

I do appreciate your help.
