*getting this error:* -The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in
memory. The application will not
run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for
Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted
for a new DLL.-
On *windows xp pro sp 3 w/ all updates*. I get the message trying to
start different applications such as Calculator, Google Chrome
installer. All threads Ive found are talking about SP2 which is why this
makes no sense even MS fix doesn't work because it recognizes that the
patch is for a different SP. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Here's a couple of things to try: Uninstall the program or Windows
update that caused this problem. Then reinstall the item. Or use
System Restore to select a date before the problem first occurred.
