Make sure that you've taken step 2 in that sequence of instructions, before
running the regsvr32 commands, ie
cd "\Program Files\Windows Sidebar"
Otherwise Vista doesn't know where to look to find sbdrop.dll or wlsrvc.dll
to unregister or register them.
