I am getting two RUNDLL error messages when I start up my computer:
Error Loading C:\windows\system32\avusita.dll and
C:\windows\system32\vajapaso.dll
The specified moduole could not be found.
I am only given an "OK" option
Technical support at Dell will help me fix it for $129. Should I do this or
can I fix it myself?

Files C:\windows\system32\avusita.dll and \system32\vajapaso.dll
appear not to be legitimate components of WinXP OS. Your
error message is exactly what you would get if these were
virus files, already deleted by your AV app., but leaving behind
calls on loading to these bogus files (in SYSTEM.INI or similar.)

It's possible some malware was deleted by your a/v software, but the
reference to the file was not removed from the registry.
Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.
You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.
You could click Start, Run, type MSCONFIG, click OK, click the StartUp
tab, and deselect the item(s). When you restart the computer, you will
be warned that you're running in the Diagnostic mode; click to not alert
you again, and OK out. You won't see the message again. But I think
it's best to just remove the references from the registry.

It would appear that you were infected with some piece or pieces of
malware which has been removed by software you run. The error you are
now getting seems to be that calls to components of that malware are
left over, and the files they reference are no longer on your system.

$129 is an absurdly high amount, as far as I'm concerned, and I
wouldn't recommend paying them anywhere near that amount. If my guess
above about what's causing the message is correct, you can remove the
references to those files yourself, or you could simply ignore the
error message. It's not really an error that those files can't be
loaded; it's a *good* thing that they are no longer on your system.
