DLSVC.EXE

I found this file running in the tasklist but there doesn't seem to be anyone
on the internet who knows what it does. PID 672. It references a vast number
of DLL's, but not bein a real pro at this, I have no idea if I should worry
about this. Suggestions?

Did you searched your System Directories and find out what the Process
belong to or download Process explorer from microsoft to see what running in
the background.

What is the DLSVC.exe:
