Hi Denise,
As I said, what you're looking for isn't a file on a Windows system
(Control_Run.dll). So don't worry about that. It has to be something
else.
I would follow the steps outlined in the link I gave you and run SFC,
but you need to point the Setup locations as suggested in the link to
the SP3 path I gave you above.
