mshrwic.dll error on all programs!

I just recently removed a trojan by an anti-virus software and afterwards every program i run has this error of:
"This application has failed to start because mshrwic.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem"
Now many of the programs on my computer will not run even after i have uninstalled and reinstaled them because they get this error right when they start. ??HOW CAN I FIX THIS??
