OK; KernelEx does not seem to be of benefit on a Win98SE machine
(yes, unicows.dll installed and registered).
So what exactly is it supposed to be able to do?
And what can it NOT do (no, i do not want it to wash dishes)?
Finally, how can one test it?
Pointers to answers (or NGs with answers) greatly appreciated.

What did wiki or Google tell you in your searches?
BTW, what does Win98 have to do with this group? Also, you don't have to
