There may another approach to resolving your problem. Dr Watson is a
debugging tool and runs when an error is encountered. So what error is
causing Dr Watson to run? Have another look in all three Event Viewer
logs for another report within the two or three minutes before and the
minute after the Dr Watson error indicating another error or warning.
How often has the Dr Watson error occurred?
