problems registring a dll

hi
when i try to register a dll downloaded from this site and when i double click to register it I get the following error: d: \ docuents and setings \ ... \ desktop \ glu32.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found
this file can not be registred

i translate it to my hard drive c and tells me the specified module could not be found

the same messages appear using regsvr32

any idea how to solve?
