I am getting the message, Error loading C:\Windows\System32\nvmctray.dll,
when booting up, and it is causing the boot process to hang for a long time
before continuing to load everything else. Is there a simple solution for
this?

That file is part of an nVidia video driver. Download the latest from
nvidia.com, uninstall the current one, install the download.
