In upgrading to Explorer 8 with errors it corrupted puresp4.dll. I have
restored to Explorer 7 and now need to recover this file. Any suggestions on
where I can download a copy.

Do you have Pure Network installed on your machine?
This Dll belong to Pure Network and located here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Pure Networks Shared\Platform\puresp4.dll
You can either copy it from the installation media/medium for Pure Network
or uninstall the Pure network shared and download the latest version from
here:
