Xlive.dll

Hey, i downloaded the xlive.dll and extracted it to c::windows: system32 and rebooted my computer. That didnt help the program that needs the file, so i tried using ur backup plan go to CMD and write "regsvr32 xlive.dll" - it says something like "there is not registrered a registrationhelp for this kind of file" what do i do to make it work?
