thx Gordon, that did work. But I got this error:

An error has occured raising the page setup dialog.
Error 16
Object doesn't support this property or method.

I clicked ok and then got this error:

An error has occured raising the page setup dialog.
Error 12
Object doesn't support this property or method.

I am at a loss...

thx Bruce, I appreciate ur help...pressing ALT brought up the file button and
I went into page setup but got this error msg:
