[HELP] ljJcaAst.dll?

When I restarted my computer, I received this RunDLL error saying:
Error loading C:\Windows\System32\ljJcaAst.dll
The specified module could not be found.
When I tried to search ljJcaAst.dll on google, no results came out. Help?
The dll in caps is LJJCAAST.DLL
