webcam error

can please sb help me with my web??????i have a dell inspiron 1545 and i can t open my webcam.when i start the laptop it appears an error window with the following message:C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bar\m3plugin.dll i tried with Run and it says ,,location unavailable"....
