Missing dll files

Hi,

I'm trying to reload a program disk (Paint Shop Pro) that I deleted this
morning because it was running too slow. Every time I try to run it, I keep
getting messages that certain dll files can't be found (such as CmdWeb.dll)
and I'm not able to load it back onto my computer. Any suggestions?
