Windows xp Service Pac 3 KB936929 copy error

During Set up for KB936929, I receive the following Copy Error:
Setup cannot copy the file danim.dll
Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and
insert XP System Files in the drive you specify.
Copy files from: c\windows\system32\dllcache
The file is present but when I try to copy it to another file, I get
the error:
Cannot copy danim: Data error(cyclic redundancy check)

Please help me.
