expressZIP - lame_enc.dll

hi , I just downloaded lame_enc.dll to allow me to transfer audio cassettes to my pc but after this was done I am told I need ExpressZip which I can get from dll-files. But when I search for it at dll-files .com as instructed in the download there appears to be no trace of this file. Can anyone help me find expressZip?
