i have tried to repair win xp three times, an error occures during the
install and when and when i try internet exploier i get .
The procedure entry point ShRegValueW could not be located in the dynamic
Link Library shlwapi.dll

Had IE7 and/or IE8 been installed before you did the Repair Install? cf.
