the specified module could not be found

My wife's Averatec 3700 will not finish loading windows. It loads the desktop and then the following error message popsup and it stops.
RUNDLL
Error loading C:\Windows\izugemidaribiy.dll
the specified module could not be found
After about 60 Sec. the Verizon Wireless access manager screen pops up and then the computer rebootr itself. This continues to repeat time after time.
I can find no reference to this Dll file. does anyone know what it is ?
