"error in c:windowswismdq.dll" TIA

"error in c:\windows\wismdq.dll
Missing entry:iep"
This error message appears now every 2 seconds. I have checked for the
wisdmq.dll and it is there in Windows folder so I was wondering if it
is supposed to be there or not.
Any advice welcome.
