Cyberlink PowerDVD Ultra 7.3 .dll skin merge

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me with this, if at all possible. I needed to find out information on how to merge .dll files into the registry properly, by adding extra skinpacks to PowerDVD 7.3, since the added skins weren't merged correctly (or other) leading to error scripts with the program and numerous reinstall attempts. What are the correct procedures for the program to accept additional skins after dragging .dll files to the Program Files/Cyberlink/PowerDVD/Skins folder if they are all indeed compatible .dlls derived from PDVD versions 7 through 10?
