Capapet.dll

When I started my computer up this mourning it gave me an error saying:
There was a problem starting C:\Users\U\AppData\Local\Capapet.dll
The specific module could not be found.
After searching I wasn't able to find anything on this .dll file, so I was wondering if anyone else has seen/heard of this.
