Try re-installing, using this installer;
http://download.dll-files.com/fixer/trial/dffsetup.exe
Download, install, register with your license key.
Make sure your antivirus does not interfere with either download or install.

I do that: download and install without registering the product because i don't buy it and doesn't work!
