Update inpout32.dll on Windows 10 Pro

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask about the update status of the inpout32.dll file. When I was using Windows 7, this file worked fine. However, when I switched to Windows 10 Pro, it stopped working.

I am programming in Delphi 7 and need this file to interact with external devices. Does anyone know if there is an update for inpout32.dll to be compatible with Windows 10? Or is there any other solution I can try to fix this problem?
