Can't find a 64 bit version

I downloaded "uplay_r1.zip" file which clearly says architecture: 32 on 64bit windows 11 system. Installed it but it didn't work. How can I get that of architecture: 64?

I took a look in our different sources and unfortunately we don't have a 64bit available.
If anyone finds one, they can upload it here to us:
