I'm looking for a ctosuser.dll file. recently reinstalled windows 7 on my computer and I have a soundcard E - MU 0404. when I try to open it, it says ctosuser.dll is missing from my computer. Before I redid it, it was working fine. had problems with it before and the guy at Circuit City said to use windows xp drivers. I did and it worked fine. Now i'm having problems again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chuck

Your best bet is to visit the soundcard manufacturers website and see if you can download drivers for Windows 7 from them.
