I have a .dll file that I want to modify.
I opened it using notepad, to which it says "this program cannot be run in DOS mode" and I see alot of text like this:
T±t’ÐÁÐÁÐÁkÌÁÐÁ“ÌÁ ÐÁøÏÁ‘ÐÁžÏ ÁÐÁÐÁEÐÁrÏ ÁÐÁøÏÁ6ÐÁøÏÁÐÁRichÐÁ
There are spots that have actual words and phrases that are part of the program. Lastly in the file I can see: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
I have tried opening the dll through Visual C#, Visual C++, Dev-C++, Visual Basic, and Visual Studio. Of course none of them produced any result for me.
If there is more information needed I can do my best to get it for you. Please help me if you can
