license key activation

I purchasse the programme yesterday but i never receive the license key to activate the programme please how i do to receive by e-mail the key because i paid for withe my credit card

i have purchase it and it was running, but due to a replaced hard drive i lost the registration code.
have send the info twice but until today still no reply from them.
How good the program is still no good with a support like this.

I am sorry but i have to tell you guys, this program can ONLY be activate 3 times, after 3 times its no longer valid for use.
good as it may be... but this restriction ... WTF ?
