Why Are My Fixers Never Sent To Me??

I registered and paid on July 21st and now on July 27th I have still not received any fixers. I have received 3 request confirmation numbers but no help!!!!

When you order a license to use the DLL-Files.com Client, your license key is automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as your payment has been confirmed.
