Can't Register Product

I bought the product key about an hour ago, but when I go to register I get the message

"Could not reach server. Please verify that no anti-virus program or firewall is blocking traffic and try again."

I do not have antivirus software, and I have turned off the fire wall. This is very frustrating as I'm trying to use the product I paid for to fix a corrupt file so I can get back to working.

Can someone please help me get registered?
