unarc.dll returned an error code: -12

Hello, while installing the computer game I get an error message whose title is ISDone.dll and it says unarc.dll returned an error code: -12 error: "file path&name" failed CRC check
I tried to download the ISDone and unarc files from here and put them in the sistem32 folder and the SYSWOW64 folder and it did not help, what should be done?
