Internet Explorer Unhandled Exception

This Is what keeps coming up on my PC With a bunch of these missing
thingslike Base 435D0000,001B:4368D871 Mshtml,dll and a bunch more like that
.. What do I need to do about this? I know something Is missing but I don't
know how to get It back Can you help me please? Carolyn Fuesler
