When I strart up Windows (XP) a "wireless configuration" box comes up and
says "Notification dll is not available, program will not work correctly."
My wireless network is not working.
Could anyone please help me out?

In that case, you would contact Dell support. Before you call or email
them, write down the Service Tag number on the bottom of your laptop, as
that number identifies exactly what hardware is used.
you're likely just going to have to reinstall the wireless drivers.

Re: Notificatiion dll
I don't think this is hardware related issue. This related to the system dlls.
So this is Windows OS issue.Might be there is any change in registry key
value is needed, but i am not sure about that.

Yes, system DLLs installed by the wireless card software, not native OS
components.

maybe yes, may be no, but definitely covered by your warranty with Dell.
It's more likely a problem with the software that came with the wireless
card, not with Windows.

The best approach is to call Dell if uninstalling and reinstalling the
wireless card drivers doesn't work.
