Great Plains error PSAPI.DLL

We have about 10 XP pro SP3 machines with Great Plains 10 in installed on it
and one of them get the following error...
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in
the dynamic link library psapi.dll

I did some research and it was suggested that I rename or delete duplicates
of this file other than the one in the system32 folder. I did that and
program worked fine for about 10 days. The same machine got the same error. I
went to look for a duplicate file and found it under the same directory....
c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
I'm not sure why it keeps doing that. Any suggestions on how to stop this
from happening again?
