windows error message

I am running xp sp2. When attempting to reload software for my hp flatbed
scanner I received windows eror message 2894,126. I think that this message
indicates that riched20.dll is missing, whatever that may be. Can anyone
offer advice on how to fix the problem?

With xp SP2 many printers & scanner software requires an update for the
software,try the mfg web site for an update.

If you are installing the software from an HP install CD, see if this
helps:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docu ... R1002_USEN

If it doesn't help, please provide the exact Make and Model of the HP
device you are installing the software for.

thanks for the response.There was a conflict with SP2 have now fixed problem
