Hi there,
My vista button is broken (see attachment).
When i first start windows it's okay, but after a press it ones it
changes in a ugly button with the text "Start" in the middle.
I used uxtheme patch a long time ago so I tried to restore the backup
files, hoping it would fix the problem, but then I can't use aero at
all, so I applied the patch again.
Also it looks like the startbutton is hovering above the start-bar
since i can select it and it causes a semi-transparant square above it.
??!!!
Has anyone got any ideas how i could fix this problem? Maybe by
restoring the SP1 uxtheme files by using vista's restore system files? I
don't know how to use it and I can't find the original SP1 dll's on the
web:(.
edit: Maybe someone with Vista x64 SP1 can send me the original
uxtheme.dll, themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll located in ..\windows\system32
?
