I am having trouble using Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 (Easy DVD and
Video Wave) with Windows XP MCE with SP3 installed.
I keep getting an error message that the following file is missing.
d3dx9_33.dll
It is supposed to be installed by DirectX 9C but I can not find it
anywhere on my hard drive.
I have tried all the suggestions from the Roxio Web site:
1.Clean Install of the EMC10
2.Re-Install DirectX 9C
3.Turn off Video Hardware acceleration( then EMC 10 says I do not have
enough resources to run the program)
but nothing works.
Any idea as to what is going on?
Where can a get this file and where should it be located on my hard
drive?
I have a Radeon X1300 graphics Card.
I have not found anything else on this topic at the Roxio site, so I
am trying here.
Any help would be most appreciated.
