I keep getting this message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.dll
R6030
-CRT not initialised
Do you have any ideas how I can correct this error, please?

You didn't say with what application this error pop-up or what initiate it?

Make sure the system clean from malware/viruses by scanning with an up2date
security software.
Run this command:
sfc /scannow
Note: make sure the latest Video driver/Motherboard chipset installed.
