Some windows dll files are missing in my windows,does microsoft have any web
site where i be able to download these dll files or a third-party website?
example:Oeframe.dll,pixomatic.dll

Hello,
We've done a search for the two files you mention and it is not part of a
standard Windows XP SP3 installation. Which program is giving you the prompt
that the files are missing? Try reinstalling the program instead.
